Our genuine passion and care for young people reflect in our dealings with them, our staff, and other key stakeholders who we work with. Many of the young people though challenged behaviourally, still have unique talents and we always aim to treat them respectfully as individuals.

Naomi
Lewis and Naomi Monplaisir are married couples who are Pastors who Pastor churches in Bristol, the southwest of the United Kingdom. They have also functioned over the years as IT consultants working with various Public and Private sectors in the industry. With a great and immense passion for seeing people nurtured and trained for a greater life ahead, they venture into various platforms that help foster community growth hence coming together key stakeholders and consultants to form Novi Care.
